LT Intek is granted approval as one of the LTA-Registered TIA Consultancy Firms as of 20 June 2022
LTA launches a registration scheme for Transport Impact Assessment (TIA) consultancy firms in Singapore with effect from 20 June 2022. This scheme recognises and registers TIA consultancy firms known to have the capability to produce quality TIAs and maintain high standards. The list of registered TIA consultancy firms is updated whenever there is a change in registration status. Firms that fail to produce quality work will be removed from the list. LT Intek is proud to announce that we have been granted approval and included in the official list of registered consultancy firms since 2022. Transport Impact Assessment on the Site and its neighbouring amenities for existing and future traffic condition upon completion of the residential blocks and common green is conducted.

Schematic layout of Bijie High-Speed Railway Station was proposed. Traffic simulation was carried out based on forecasted multi-modal traffic flows to evaluate different design schemes.

Traffic volumes were collected by RFID devices in comparison with manual counts data at several locations along highways with different speed limts in Shanghai, Harbin, and Jiangyin City in China. A T-test was carried out to determine if there is a significant difference between the means of two groups of data.
